Has your experience been the same as mine? Is your world busy with day to day things or preoccupied with family, friends or even work, your weight can sometimes creep up on you without you noticing. That is, until you realize your clothes don't fit as they once did or at one brief horrifying moment, you catch a glimpse of a few excess bulges in the mirror. Not only that, but it's easy to gradually become unhealthy that your doctor prescribes cholesterol drugs to control your bad cholesterol?

 Many people just like you are going through or will go through this same horrible instant when you realize you have to try something. I tried so many things and became so frustrated when I tried meal shakes and pills because they were terrible tasting and didn’t work. Every meal was like starving myself while my family ate real food. I tried fad diets and even ate so much dry lettuce that I don’t think I can eat just plain salad again.

 The western drug thing wasn’t for me but I wasn’t a rabbit either!

 I search the internet and my local library before I found an interesting article in a magazine about Mediterranean Diets and how they lower cholesterol, increase your energy, and you can lose weight as well.

A quick search in Google and here there I was at your website. I really thought something was wrong with me. When had I become so desperate?  I signed up for your free report and found out you weren’t some uncaring stranger. So I did it. I ordered the book. You know the Mediterranean Diet book with recipes and menus.

Don’t be like me and wait. I could have felt better sooner. My clothes including that new black dress could have fit me the night of that great holiday party. My family likes the food too. I started keeping a list of things that changed and soon the list was so long. It started with my cholesterol, better skin and hair that I just stopped keeping tack.

This is a big change in my life! You know those days where you are busy and work, family, and just the daily routine make it hard to think?  I don’t worry about my health even then I know to eat and how to create quick easy meals. This is a new lifestyle for me and I must say I like me a lot better and so does my husband.
